Drainage Surveys - Colour CCTV Fault Finding & Diagnosis

If you are experiencing problems with your drains and would like to eliminate repeat problems once and for all, we are able to offer you the service of a CCTV Survey which involves putting a camera down through the drains to record and identify any problems. Faults within the drain can then quickly be identified and a recording, report and a free estimate will be provided upon completion to eliminate and resolve any problems. Our specialised CCTV cameras are able to survey drain lines ranging from 1 & 1/2 inches to 60 inches in diametre with the ability to locate faults in pipes such as cracks, sinking, roots, hidden leaks and buried manholes. All surveys are carried out by trained operatives and our survey reports comply to Water Board standards.

Crawler System

We are now able to offer you the service of our brand new pan and tilt crawler system that is operated by remote control and is designed to record the bigger drain lines which vary from 6 to 60 inch lines.

Pre-Purchase Property CCTV Surveys

If you are buying a new property we highly recommend that a CCTV Survey is carried out on the drain lines before exchanging contracts to check that the drains are in a good condition and to make sure that there are no problems which can later cause any structural damage. If any faults are found you will then be able to produce a report and a DVD recording of the drains to the seller before exchanging contracts.

Sonar Drain Tracing

Our colour CCTV camera units come with sonar that works in conjunction with the system and can detect up to a maximum depth of 6 meters. The sonar allows us to accurately pin point a collapsed drain and precisely identify the depth and placement of the collapse to enable that specific area to be excavated to replace the section of drain.
